We treat the basics of statistical physics and do two larger assignments to learn to work with Monte Carlo and Molecular Dynamics simulations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Physical Modelling and Simulation 3FMX0<\/strong><br \/>\nthird or second year, Bachelor College Elective<br \/>\nThis course is part of the &#8220;Computational Techniques for Physics&#8221; (<a href=\"https:\/\/assets.studiegids.tue.nl\/fileadmin\/content\/centrale_content\/Bachelor_College\/Vrije_Keuzeruimte\/AZ_Keuzepakketten\/Computational%20techniques%20for%20physicists.pdf\">PDF<\/a>) coherent elective package. We cover a range topics in numerical analysis, focused on physics applications. The course is 100% practical with programming assignments that most students do in Python and no written tests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Graduate School<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Soft Matter Physics 3MS020<\/strong><br \/>\nIntroduction to Soft Matter Physics, mandatory for Applied Physics M.Sc. students in the &#8220;Fluids, Bio and Soft Matter&#8221; track.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Polymer Physics 3MN100<\/strong><br \/>\nElective course based on the book by Rubinstein and Colby, covering structure and dynamics of polymeric materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am involved in the following courses Bachelor College Electromagnetism 3AEX0 first year, mandatory for Applied Physics majors.
